Endotoxin: Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug) as determined by LAL test. 复溶（Reconstitution） Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. 保存（Storage） Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. 背景（Background） Annexin A1 is the first characterized member of the annexin family of proteins and is able to bind to cellular membranes in a calcium-dependent manner, promoting membrane fusion and endocytosis. Annexin A1 has anti-inflammatory properties and inhibits phospholipase A2 activity. Annexin A1 also has roles in many diverse cellular functions, such as membrane aggregation, inflammation, phagocytosis, proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis and cancer development.
